Packaging: This new Attack of the Clones series of movie action figures also has a new window box design. The new boxes have a lot of sunny sky and cloud colors, gold, and some bright reds. Gone are the black and brown box colors which have dominated the Star Wars 12" action figures in the past.
The Action Figure: These new action figures are fully articulated Action Man style bodies. Gone are the rubber legs from the Hall of Fame line! That alone is a major improvement! Jango Fett had a Classic Collection G.I. Joe body, but Mace Windu has an Action Man fully articulated body. Considering that Samuel L. Jackson is somewhat tall and thin, a Classic Collection style body probably would have been more realistic, however this Samuel L. Jackson/Mace Windu looks great.
The Headsculpt: Back when the "Phantom Menace" film was released, Hasbro issued a 12" Mace Windu whose head was about the size of a golf ball. In addition to the gigantic head, he  looked more like Will Smith than Samuel L. Jackson. This time around, the sculptor got it perfectly! The very unique characteristics of SLJ's face are right on! His nose and jaw structure have been accurately sculpted, and his head looks thin, instead of the megalo-cephalic look SLJ got back in 1999.
The Outfit & Gear: A very nice sackcloth material is used for this outfit, and it is very realistic. The boots, pants, etc. are the usual Star Wars style. Nice light saber with the Samuel L. Jackson signature purple laser. SLJ demanded that Hasbro make his light saber with the distinctive purple color.
Mace Windu: Jar-Jar Binks has not been disemboweled yet, and there is only one movie left before the Saga is over (unless they do episodes 7,8,9). If you like Samuel L. Jackson, this headsculpt is great for any kitbashing or customizing that relates to his many great film roles. If you are a Star Wars collector, then this Mace Windu is the one! It cannot be topped, unless they make a talking Mace Windu.
Kitbashing Terrorist Cells: You can use all the Star Wars outfits to outfit Afghanistan, Al Quaida, and Palestinian Terrorist types which can subsequently be exterminated by your various Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom, SWAT, FBI, CIA, and U.N. Forces.  These Star Wars outfits make great raggedy-style uniforms for subversive action figures. If you have any action figures who just can't seem to fit in, then perhaps it is time to buy a Star Wars action figure and give the misfits a terrorist make-over. All you need is a Star Wars outfit and an AK-47 and a couple of 1:6 scale rocks which you can  pick up in your yard. Give your misfit soldiers the IRAQI Army option. By creatively dividing one Star Wars outfit into the A) outer robe & scarf, B) inner pajama, C) the pants, shirt, boots, or whatever else it is wearing; and adding boots and AK-47s; you can outfit at least  two action figures in the authentic battle garb of an Al Quaida terrorist. If you get several Star War figures, you can also create all kinds of Jedi Knights. You can create a Jedi Army like the two hundred Jedi Knights that suddenly appeared at the end of Attack of The Clones.
